my mom went to one of those one time so she could be our church director of religious education — basically you do workshops and stuff that builds leadership skills!

its a centre whre u learn how 2 lead& come as a good leader
Leadership training is where you will learn to work with others as a Team. A Team is always more effective than one. You will do exersise as a Team such as, survival exersises, ropes courses, etc. It will also teach you how to be a more effective leader, i.e., listen to your people, give direction, be there for your people, etc.
